I made this card for my sister in laws birthday last Monday :)
I used the monthly freebie from Designed2Delight as the focal point.
I am adding it to their gallery for this week
Tami loves bling so I tried to use as much as I could
the gold around the edge of the card, the ribbon of the present, and in the flower are the same gold glitter pen - I love how it looks so different in the light of the flash.
I made the flower into 3 layers to give it dimension, it really pops :)
