Lady

Here is my next installment in my "Getting Out Of My Comfort Zone"

I forgot I bought these chipboard cutouts from a bargain bin and I was going through them when I saw this bigger flower shape. I inked it up with my dark purple ink pad and decided to find a bright background paper.

I found a whole stack of huge scrapbook paper (I have so much stuff I tend to forget what I have bought  ) so I loved this bright pink with circles piece. Also had some paper frames which I got free with Papercraft mag so thought I would make a bold statement with the border. They were a deep lighter blue but next morning I coloured them with a sharpie to match better.

Got another little chipboard bit and used that as a plate for the Hello peeloff.

The circle in the flower looked lost even though I had backed it in a pink paper. It was calling for something to go in there - I found a pic of a lady which when I coloured her she looked jaundiced.. so I came on my computer and looked through my clipart and found this lovely image. I found something roughly the same size as the whole to cut her out and fingers crossed - it was pretty much a perfect fit. A little gap on one side but I will fix that later (I have edited this pic a bit on the circle so you dont have to see the gap).

Hope you like it :)
Have a wonderful day......

This is one wonderful card. I love the colour combination - pink and dark blue go so well together.
Great job, congratulations! :)
