Here is my latest creation for you all to have a look at :)
Found a set of red square card blanks - my next load of cards - and I had some paper from my baroque collection. The red writing on the paper went well with the card so I didnt want to cover it up so I thought Id be brave and rip a hole in the centre of the paper. 
So I did that and then stopped short - no idea how to proceed then I spied my box of extras and saw the perfect blue teabag medallion. The fold is Maggies fold V.6 by Jeanne. Unfortunately the scanner flattened it out so this doesnt look true.
Found some more paper borders and cut the long side just to add another element. Got some peeloffs on special ages ago and saw one page had Sunny Smile so thought as it was blue it tied in and was a welcome change from Thankyou and Hello. Red section still looked a little bare so punched some hearts - sharpied them darker to go with the words and finished it off.

Very cute - but then - I am fond of the red and blue. My bedroom as a kid (70's) was painted that color blue and my curtains and bedspread were red. Add some awesome blue and green shag carpeting and some black-light posters and I was SO hip! How embarrassing.
Funny what things remind us of. :)
