Hello everyone
Over at Incy Wincy Designs Challenge this challenge we have the theme is
Work/Play and/or BIG Hearts,
I used All Dressed Up's HAPPY 40/50/60 image, but took out the number.
I cut a big heart from cardstock and used red glitter tulle strips around the heart for a bouncy fluffy edge. I did 2 rows of that and then added another heart on the back. it's roughly 15cm (6in) wide.
