TAG with Sparkle N Sprinkle - Incy Wincy Designs Challenge

A little late with the info for Incy Wincy Designs Challenge for this fortnight,

Here is the tag I used using a beautiful image from our sponsor Sparkle N Sprinkle the prize is $15 for ANYTHING in the store!!  Not just digis!!!

I used Leafy Flower Spring Wreath, 

it comes in Colour and Black and White, also a beautiful sentiment !!  

I coloured this myself using the main image as a guide, and I added Liquid Drops - 3D Pearls in the centre of the flowers for a bit of texture :) 

then I added some silver metallic dots on the edges for a fun effect
