Yeah I know - I am late again..... trust me I am chastising myself so much over this, but I havent been slacking off - just putting my energies into the charity and time got away with me!!!
A couple weeks of go slow and I hope I can get weeks ahead on my Design Team duties!!

Stitchy ever so kindly gave the design team their choice of images to use for this challenge and I was surprisingly drawn to the Pearls'N'Leather image!! Not strange in the fact it is a brilliant picture but strange in the fact that I am not into shoes or jewellery :lol: But I kept coming back to the page and I knew this was my challenge.
For the stalls we have been using to fundraise for Incy WIncy Childrens Charities, we have been selling a variety of craft items, a favourite and best seller is these notelet boxes - so I decided to use the image for another box....

The box is gold and has a texture and look which reminds me of ripples in the sand - and the gold flecks really sets the pictures off :)
I have used my 2nd favourite colouring medium which is coloured pencils, and I have added some shimmer paint over the top to add a shiny leathery look. Hope you know what I am trying to say.

Good morning Heather, how are you hunny? happy new year to you im sorry its so late. Hope things are good your end. I am struggling with my intenet connection, and slowly trying to get back into my blogging after a long break. I love the notelet box you have made here hunny its stunning.
