This is another of Crafty Nicky's 3d sheets - and isnt it cute :)
I had some blue designer paper which has feint white dots and that reminded me of the ocean - so I had to use it.
The big bubbles were made with drops of white glue. When they were dry I coloured over them with a white paint pen and drew around with a black liner pen. Fishy was outlined with a purple sharpie to try and bring out his 3d body.
When I finished I couldnt work out what was missing, and Mum looked and suggested a bit of seaweed or plant life. Perfect solution - so I only added a few plants as I didnt want it to be over powering.
