Sorry been awol - between being ill and looking after Mum I havent felt like crafting. But I was watching a dvd last night and managed to do 3 challenges. 2 of which I want to share with you today.
First one is for
Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 65 - Tag your it
This challenge was to make a tag, or use a tag somewhere on your creation. I decided to make a big tag using a stitching pattern I got free from Prick and Stitch and I loved it so decided it could pass as a huge tag. Could write a sentiment or something on the back for the recipient.

Charisma Cardz - Challenge 24 - Diamonds are a girls best friend
as you can see I have used the same stitching pattern as the tag, but, I used the original design with the leaves. I added my diamonds with super glue as I remembered with a previous "oops" that super glue leaves a dark ring when it dries. I decided that gives a bit of extra colour and definition - although the picture doesnt show it as well as it is in real life.
I hope you have liked what I have done and I will be back on Monday with my creation for the latest

Great cards, Heather! I especially like the stitching. I've always thought it was so pretty on a card but thought it was too time consuming. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Hope you and your mum are feeling better Heather. Fab tag and card, I love the pastel shades you've used on the tag, so delicate and the card lovely too, I like the idea of the super glue, I think the spots give something to the whole image. Hugs Dawn Marie.xx
