Hope you are well and had a lovely weekend - I am up and about a little bit more so that is good :)
Thought Id share with you the card I made for Incy Wincy Designs challenge 2 which was launched a bit earlier today. You dont need anything special - whatever you have you can use!!
The prize this fortnight is the image used on my card - an exclusive by Inger Harding isnt she beautiful :) We will be revealing her name by the end of the week so pop over and have a look :)
This is such a lovely drawing that I decided it needed to be elegant yet not take away from her - so I used a punch I bought ages ago at Officeworks as a "what the heck" present for myself. Mind you I only found it a week or two ago so this was perfect timing!
Added some bling to highlight the corners and used a jewel in the presents bow, and just for something spontaneous (big word for me!) I decided to do a double wrap of thin ribbon in the corner. Took awhile to grow on me but I was determined to leave it where it was and give myself a day or two before I took it off. Glad I didnt because I think it adds a unique but special touch to it.
As I said in my last post I havent used sentiments on the fronts of the card I have made this week - wonder how long that continues???

Oh before I go..... nearly forgot...... I am about to hit 10,000 on my hit meter :) and to celebrate I am going to randomly pick a comment I have received this year to win something. Not sure what exactly but I will think of something :) A way of saying thank you to those who keep me inspired and encouraged :) may have a freebie on here for everyone too.
