Purple Princess

I had so much trouble figuring out what to do with this one..... I guess having a plan wouldve helped me get this done quicker (on and off for 3 days)

As we are all aware my photography isnt the best so I have tried to capture how this is shaped.

Can you make out the back triangle is attached to the back of the card.... You know what I mean???

I thought I would try the ribbon thing like so many of you do - and even with long nails it wasnt too hard - and it does look quite effective, so will use it more in the future.

Now the reason it took me so long to do this card was the decoration on the front. I stamped and coloured several images but none really went, too big, too green, too icky. Out of desperation I went searching through all of my stuff in the junk room (well it will be my craft room once I get my AIG ) and sitting on the floor was this picture. It is meant to be a pyramid picture, but I just decided to use the big image instead. Colours went perfectly too.

Added a load of glitter glue dots to add the bling to go with Princesses necklace and bracelet (anklet?)

The stars at the bottom are stamped images - I stamped onto the card directly but of course the last one went crazy and ruined it. Stamped them again and cut them out with my circle punch - added some dots around the edge and a bit of glitter glue in the centre of each.

Considering I nearly binned this several times I am glad I preservered as it has come out quite well. Maybe not a ladies card like I started it to be but still cute nevertheless.
