Difference here is this time I cut off her wand and
suspended her in air to drop some fairy dust... My Mum guessed immediately what it was meant to be so that was a relief!! Hope I didnt overdo it though.
Experimented with backing, what do you think? Was a bit brave in adding the strip of yellow and then the purple striped paper. Trying to get brave and not doubt myself.... the back panel is exactly the same and the inside is yellow too. I had fun doing it so it was worth it :)
Behind the purple that fairy is on is a floral wrapping paper, and that got a little lost so I added that to matching purple card - I do wish now, however, that I left a little more gap for the scalloped edges (made them fatter) hope you know what I mean?????
Fairy was coloured with the Whispers brush pens I got and decided to use some flowers (prima are they?) which the lovely Renee sent as part of my blog candy. The blue matched her outfit and added the same silver glitter glue in the middle to go with the fairy dust.
The Happy everyday stamp was one I got eons ago at a cheap store and of course fairy is by Stamps and Stuff (link to the right).
Now to decide which Fairy card I should send to my secret person...... Happy Everyday - Make A Wish or Delight In Life ??? Any help will be appreciated.... so basically what I am asking is if I were to send one to you, which would you prefer???
Have a great day everyone :)

Okay, I love fairies so that's a tough question. I think I like this last one the best - I was immediately taken with the fairy and the dust - and the background, meaning the purple stripes and the yellow. It all comes together so nicely without looking like you tried too hard or something. :) Very sweet!
Sweet, awesome job.
Hi Heather - all 3 of your fairy cards are lovely and I had trouble deciding between the 1st one and this one.......I think this one wins with me - I like the bright mixture of colours you have picked up in your background papers etc. - very cheerful!
Fab card xx
Wow, that is tough. I like all three, but my favorite is the first one. Beautiful work!
