Hello again - I have finally got some time to relax and have finished my nephews 1st birthday card - 3 1/2 weeks early!!! Impressed with myself actually ;)
Originally I had orange on the corners but being the silly sausage I am I stamped onto them not thinking about the paper being quite fibrous - therefore the ink bled :( So I got some off cuts of green paper and made corners to go over the orange - leaving just a hint to compliment the orange in the roller skate. I then made two number ones and coloured then with a colour burst texta cut them out and then stuck on another card which I bordered with black making the 1's stand out. Cut them out and put them on diagonal corners.
Embellished with gold stars to go with the gold peel offs that I edged the middle diamond with, and wahla Babies First birthday card. The grey is just to show the white card.
